What’s a “real man”? As society changes, we seem to be redefining the term. For some men, this transition is leaving them wondering exactly who and what they’re supposed to be, and how they fit in. And the outcomes aren’t always great.
We have no interest in telling anyone how to be a real man. Instead, our podcast is all about the search for authenticity. We want to know what men really think when it comes to careers, family, relationships, and more. So, we interview a wide variety of guests who have unique views about men and their place in the world. Take a listen and let us know if you have the answer to what it means to “be a man.” Because we’re still trying to figure it out.
Mike and Eric talk with Lt. Col. (Ret.) Jack Amberg, a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Army. The discussion ranges from what characteristics make a man successful in the military, and how officers really feel about women in combat. They discuss why Soldier is always written with a capital S, and how goofballs turn into Generals.
