Counseling Groups
Health Anxiety Group
An online group for people struggling with worry or fear about their health or having a serious illness. Participants will: receive nonjudgmental support, education about effective coping skills, and connection to foster a sense of community and reduce feelings of isolation.
Meets: Online only, Mondays 6:00pm
Anxiety Survival For Teen Girls
An online group for teen girls struggling to manage their anxiety. Girls work as a group to learn how to manage emotions, social media, peer relationships, school pressures and more.
Meets: Online only, Mondays 7:00pm
DBT - Dialectic Behavioral Therapy
An online group for adults who struggle to manage their emotions and maintain healthy relationships. DBT is a skills-based group that teaches: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Relationships.
